Dr. Niharika Anand is a distinguished academic professional, bringing a wealth of experience in the fields of Information Technology, Electronics, and Communication Engineering. Serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Information Technology at IIIT Lucknow since November 2018.

Dr. Anand’s expertise encompasses a broad spectrum, including wireless sensor networks, IoT, Machine Learning, Wireless Communication and related areas. Her career objective centers around cultivating an environment of continuous learning and innovation, fostering the growth of every individual within the organization as a member of a ‘self-managed team.’

Demonstrating adaptability and an unwavering commitment to student learning, Dr. Anand proactively addressed the challenges posed by Covid-19 through the implementation of hybrid teaching methods. Her active engagement in funded projects, prolific paper publications, and dedicated service to the academic community underscore her significant contributions to advancing knowledge.

At the Institute level, Dr. Anand holds several key responsibilities, including Faculty In-Charge of CDSAI Lab, Faculty In-Charge of Network, and Chief Vigilance Officer. Her multifaceted role exemplifies her dedication to academic excellence and administrative leadership.
