AdmissionsCrotonia – The Literary Society of Indian Institute of Information Technology, Lucknow on the 12th of April, 2020 kicked off its first online annual write-up event “Qurbat”.
Qurbat was organized by the members of Crotonia in partnership with some leading creative writing blogs: Traffic Lives, The Project Quote, The Soul Strings & Ace and The Souled Store as our gifting partners.
The motive of the event was to promote the art of writing and let people share their writings and inspire others and the event we can say surely fulfilled its motive.
The response for the event turned out to be far beyond the expectations of even team Crotonia.
Qurbat saw a total of :
- 427 Entries.
- 2,00,000+ Instagram accounts reached.
- 17,000+ Likes on Instagram.
- Total Reach of viewers from 23 countries
- Participants from 23 States of India.
We at Crotonia hope to strive further towards our motive of refining the writing community and providing it with a platform to present thoughts and ideas.
